CXAI is a global workplace technology company delivering an AI-driven enterprise SaaS platform to Fortune 1000 organizations across financial services, technology, healthcare, and media. Their platform unifies desk and room booking, digital mapping, analytics, and agentic AI engagement into a single employee experience layer.
As CXAI expanded through product growth and client acquisitions, its cloud infrastructure sprawled across GCP, AWS, and Azure — each environment adding configuration complexity and compliance exposure their team couldn't manage at scale. In April 2025, CXAI engaged DuploCloud to consolidate everything onto Google Cloud, achieve critical security certifications, and build the operational foundation to support their growing roster of enterprise clients.
It's more of a turnkey closed box now. We can make a request, like adding services to a Kubernetes Terraform, and Duplo's team handles it. Our engineers don't have to write deployments. They can focus on development and trust the DevOps side to manage the complex, repeatable processes.

CXAI Challenges
Years of acquisitions had left CXAI running a fragmented multi-cloud environment with no unified management layer and a DevOps team permanently in reactive mode. As an enterprise SaaS provider serving Fortune 500 clients, the stakes were high: one customer-impacting outage risked contract loss, while unresolved compliance gaps threatened their ability to win new enterprise deals entirely.
- Cloud infrastructure split across GCP, AWS, and Azure with no common deployment model, making every new client onboarding a manual, error-prone exercise.
- SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications required by enterprise clients as a condition of doing business — with no clear internal path to achieve them.
- No consolidated observability across 15 client tenants, forcing the team to respond to customer complaints rather than preventing incidents before they surfaced.
- DevOps headcount scaling linearly with client count, putting long-term operational sustainability at risk.
DuploCloud Solutions
CXAI selected DuploCloud for its combination of pre-built compliance frameworks and hands-on DevSecOps expertise. Rather than constructing a security posture from scratch, CXAI built directly on DuploCloud’s pre-configured controls and moved immediately into migration work.
The centerpiece of the engagement was a complete consolidation onto Google Cloud — one of DuploCloud’s first full multi-cloud-to-GCP migrations. DuploCloud led a phased move from GCP Cloud Run and Azure to GKE, Google’s managed container platform, which gave CXAI greater visibility, tunability, and workload portability than their previous serverless model.
All eight enterprise client environments — including Adobe, Warner Brothers, and PepsiCo — were migrated to a single standardized GKE platform managed entirely through DuploCloud, replacing what had been a sprawling mix of disconnected cloud configurations. The migration was executed in three structured phases:
- Phase 1: Platform onboarding and CI/CD assessment on Google Cloud
- Phase 2: Security enablement, penetration testing, and compliance
- Phase 3: GKE migration across enterprise client environments; AWS and Azure fully consolidated onto GCP
Running in parallel, DuploCloud automated SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls, deployed SIEM and network IDS security tooling, and built a centralized observability architecture across all client tenants — giving every team member, including non-technical staff, a real-time view of customer environment health.
Impact for CXAI
The migration to Google Cloud completed without a single customer-impacting outage. What had been a fragmented mix of three clouds is now one standardized platform running on DuploCloud-managed GKE — with the certifications to back it up.
- Achieved SOC 2 Type 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO 27001 (2022) certifications during the engagement, unlocking and protecting enterprise deals.
- Migrated all enterprise client environments — including Fortune 500 accounts — without service disruption.
- Shifted operations from reactive firefighting to proactive 24/7 monitoring through a single unified dashboard.
- Scaled support for 15 enterprise client environments without a proportional increase in DevOps headcount.
- Freed engineering teams to focus on product development rather than managing deployment complexity.
